Anhui Norne is specialized in the export of footwear material, footwear, headwear and apparel. Meanwhile, it is also engaged in sublimation transfer printing and screen printing for footwear, headwear, textile, apparel, luggage and bags, etc. So, Anhui Norne is actually a company composed of trading, manufacturing and R&D. Anhui Norne's production base is located in Zhongshan City which is one of the "China's Famous Historical and Cultural Cities", and is also an important industrial city of Guangdong Province. The production base has a complete industrial chain covering foam fabrication, footwear material manufacturing, digital printing and screen printing. The Cold Pressing/Hot Pressing workshop facilities include a complete set of pressing machines, such as Lamination machines, Cold & Hot pressing machines, Cutting machines. The monthly capacity can reaches 800,000 pairs of cold pressing shoe-pads and 300,000 pairs of hot finished products. The monthly capacity is around 2,000,000 pairs.The Sublimation workshop has 15 sets of world most advanced equipments imported from Japan. The Screen printing workshop has 12 lines of Screen Print table lines, 3 sets of Auto-dryers, 2 sets of Auto-Printer, 2 sets of 2D Knitters and 6 sets of 3D Knitters. The monthly capacity is around 5,000,000 pairs. All the consumptive materials are subject to international standards of environmental testing requirements. We successively obtained SGS certificate in 2014 and RSL Environmental testing report from Nike in 2017.
