In 1996, the Co.imported full €“set dual tube hydraulic pressure filling gas design, manufacturing technologies and key facilities from Italian ArvinMeritor and comes to fill up the blank of the domestic gas charged dampers.With a very convenient transportation, it locates at the Yubei KongGang Industry Zone in Chongqing with a drive distance of 4 Km long from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport and 30Km distance from Chongqing Cuntan Container Port.Occupied the area of 60 Mu land ,with a constructional area of 14000 square meter space and a 12000 square meter zone for production ( Including 15 Mu land for plating zone ), it has employees of 410, 30 of engineers and technician. ( Including 13 middle and senior technician, four Masters and one Doctor .)With a rapid development for 10 years, ZhongYi has become a very modern enterprise and has changed to an integrated enterprise to control from scientific research, development, production and marketing . Currently total production volume of shock absorbers reaches a level at amount of 3 million .ZhongYi recruited a specialist in shock absorber, Santo who, once worked many years for Tokico Co. in Japan from 2006, has completed reconstruction to one production line at factory based on requirement of TPS and made a great and effective achievement . In 2009, ZhongYi will execute TPS to overall production lines. After that, ZhongYi will really realize the goal to produce shock absorbers according to Toyota production mode .
