Since 1995 Dol Cic® Frozen Desserts has been dedicated to manufacturing the finest frozen desserts available. Starting from a one-man pushcart on the streets of Princeton, NJ, we have grown and are now proudly expanding, offering our products to only the very best restaurants and catering facilities in the tri-state area. Our product line includes the finest Gelato, Sorbetto, Ice Cream and specialty desserts. All of our desserts are micro batched. We do not make 100s of gallons at a time. Each batch is made to order by Laurence Dobelle, who has had extensive training in Italy and has been taught by some of the most accomplished award-winning Artisans in the world. Whether you choose from our standard flavors such as Vanilla, or Chocolate Ice Cream, our higher end products like Gianduia (Cream of Chocolate and Hazelnut Gelato), Pear and Parmesan Sorbetto, Pineapple and Basil Sorbetto, or a proprietary flavor for your establishment or event, you can rest assure its made with only the very best imported Italian ingredients. All of our Gelato and Sorbetto is delivered in disposable 5 Liter pans. S.P. Ice Cream is delivered in a 2.5-gallon disposable square pack. Other sizes are available on special request.
