Emmbros Forgings Pvt.Ltd.Dear Sirs,We are an ISO 9001:2000 Certified company(processing for TS 16949) engaged in Rough Steel forgings and machining for auto transmission shafts, such as Rear Axles, Gear shafts, Clutch shafts, Main drive shafts, PTO shafts, Differential shafts, Input shafts, S-cam shafts, Pinions, Spindles and Spools, as per drawings, for heavy and light commercial vehicles, Tractors and other earth moving equipments.We are in this field since 1995 and are proud of our association with the leading OEMs, (tractors & automobiles) of our country as their approved vendor for their entire requirements of Steel forgings for transmission shafts. We have well equipped forgings(5 inch Up-setter & 1.5 ton belt drop forging hammer),complete Heat treatment and Shot Blasting Plant backed by fully equipped Metallurgical Laboratory and machining(CNC)facilities, coupled with modern in house tool and die room with EDM and CAD/CAM to design, develop and merchandising of auto transmission shafts and other steel forged components.We have earned a name and fame in the automobile industry by providing competitive rates, prompt and timely delivery, better quality and sincere services to our esteemed customers. In fact, for us Quality is not just a concept or a word of distinction; but a complete culture, have been adopted, developed and motivated and committed thus, to improve our process and capabilities on continual basis to achieve the customers delight and utmost satisfaction.Though we were not into direct exports of Steel Forgings, but our products, viz; Axles/shafts/Pinions/Spindle/Spools are being exported to USA/CANADA/ EUROPE/- Middle East, through other sources. Now we wish to enter into exports of Rough Steel forgings, finished auto components, Scaffoldings, gate parts, banisters & railing accessories as per customers drawings/specifications, directly and explore new avenues to upkeep our installed capacity.
