Our main business scope involves the production and processing of 8 mechanical parts (e. g. Shafts, pins, camshaft supports, end covers, adjusting nuts) for automobiles and technical vehicles, which are sold in various markets of China and satisfy customers deeply. Among such products, 95% products are exempted from inspection. <br><br>We now boast more than 50 modern machining centers and numerically-controlled machine tools, 14 cylindrical and centerless grinding machines, and nearly 90 main machine tools such as engine lathes, milling machines, planing machines, band saws, vertical drills, linear cutting machines, hydraulic machines, welding machines and inspection machines, providing reliable guarantee for production and processing. We have established the Product Development Department, Manufacturing Department, Sales Department and other functional departments to provide effective system management for production. We have passed the strict IS09001: 2008 quality system certification, and are fully implementing the ISO standards with the quality system operating effectively. Our company was also awarded the title of the third-class enterprise (machinery) for work safety standardization issued by Hefei Administration of Work Safety, winning the recognition of the government agency. <br><br>We attach importance to the management of production and operation with modern management means, so as to expand the production capacity and continuously improve the product quality.
