We have twenty years of experience in selling snails, mushrooms and dried beans.Our Company, based in Sardinia (Italy), is equipped with warehouses at controlled temperature and humidity, in order to guarantee the snails an environment suitable for their natural survival.The snails are transported to customer warehouses throughout Italy and abroad, with their own means or reliable transport companies also equipped with temperature-controlled cells.Also mushrooms are stored at a controlled temperature while dried broad beans are stowed in a cool and dry place.All our products are viewed and selected personally by the owner, who goes to the collection points and checks their quality. After selection, the goods travel at controlled temperatures and occasionally by plane to avoid their deterioration.The products are selected manually and packaged in different formats; after which, according to the law, it are labeled to give all final consumersanswers regarding the traceability of the products.
