Three waste emissions quantity and the content of harmful substance meet country environmentâ??s protection requirement.â?¢NiBR item was designed by Sinopec Qilu Petrochemical., and built on15 of august in 2008.The designed capacity is 50, 000 tons /year, but the actual capacity can reach to 80, 000tons/year. The equipments cover an area of 250 mu . All the facilities include: configuration measurement unit, Polymerization unit, storage pot for liquid rubber, Condensing units, recovery unit, Post-processing unit, Low temperature water system, circulating water system, finished product warehouse, chemical production warehouse, raw material storage area, converting station and controlling lab. Major facilities include: two spheres pot with 2, 000 cu/one, 14 all kinds of the reaction kettle, 8 columns, 72 storage tank, 46 heat-exchange facility, 46 agitator mill, pump, 113 aftertreatment equipment, and 15 of other machine equipment. NdBR item adopted technology from Changchun institute of the Chinese academy of sciences applied chemistry. This technology has high efficient and stability character. At the same time, its continuous feeding, continuous mixing, adiabatic polymerization production technology will combined different molecular weight distribution and viscosity production on the basis of controlling through molecular weight distributions.According to the checking in the test facility of industrialization, catalytic activity exceed the highest activity of the international rare earth catalytic system, and the cost near the NiBR.â?¢This technology character has: 1 rare earth chloride is freely soluble in aliphatic hydrocarbon , which is very benefit for environment protection; comparatively speaking, emulsion of the heterogeneous catalysts system is stable.;2 catalyst system is binary system, which can avoid preparation procedure of chlorinated rare earth without water , simplify the preparation procedure and reduce the production cost;3 have the same activity normal temperature, high temperatureunder the with neodecanoic acid, but the cost is more cheaper;4 NdBR from this technology has the advanced performance , which can reach to international level.â?¢The sale income can reach to 2.04 billion, and the tax reach to 0.28 billion.
