Established in 2003, Huludao Huaneng Industrial Ceramic Co.,Ltd. is a national new and high-tech enterprise specialized in the manufacturing of industrial ceramics and their products. The company is located in a coastal city named Huludao, the hometown of the space hero Yang Liwei. It has registered capital of 50 million RMB, occupies floor area of 40 mu, and owns nearly 10 thousand square meters of factory building and 2000 square meters of office building. We have more than 100 working staffs, including 43 with bachelor degree, 26 with associate degree, etc. We have 10 senior engineers, 22 engineers, and 45 engineering and technical staffs. We have manufacturing equipments as follows: ceramic manufacturing machines--2 shuttle kilns(40 m3 each), crusher, ball grinder, sand mixer, moulding press, etc cold heat machining equipments(nearly 100 sets)-plate shears, plate bending machine, crane, A.C. arc welder, intersecting line cutting machine, plasma cutting machine, CO2 gas shielded welding machine, forklift, turning machine, drilling machine ,etc. Besides that, we also have tens of inspection instruments and equipments. Our company is currently applying to establish Liaoning provincial level engineering and technical center of industrial ceramics.Our products contain a series of wear-resistant products, in which SiC ceramic/steel composite products and Al2O3 ceramic/steel composite products are the leading part. In details, our products include pipelines, adjustable shrinkage openings, fixed and adjustable pulverized coal distributors, wear-resistant round air doors, expansion joints, pulverized coal boiler burners, high temperature furnace pipelines with internal thermal insulation, wear-resistant high temperature blowers, wear-resistant components for medium speed grinding&fan grinding and wear-resistant component for circulating fluidized bed boilers.Our registered brand name is Huagong. We have been appraised as the national new and high-tech enterprise and good credit unit in 2015, and credit A enterprise for taxation in 2016. We have got ISO9001-2008 quality system certificate. We participated in the science and technology project of Institutions of Electrical Engineers Datang Group Comprehensive technical research and application of medium-speed mill bitumite boiler to burn lignite and got the certificate of scientific and technical achievement in June 2015.
