Dear Sir/Madam, We are thanking you a lot for your consideration to our company We are a copper and gold mining and processing company based and registered in D.R.Congo in Mine development and mineral exploitation We are dealing with: - Copper concentrate , Cu 35% and above - Copper cathodes 99, 99% - Gold (Nuggets& Bars) Regarding your request , here our observation and suggestion We would like to inform you that we are willing and ready to initiate transition with your organization As well as our goods are ready for buyer personal inspection and immediately delivery - at the first stage of transaction with is important as you know is to agree on the procedure and payment terms since you are in this copper industry you know these days it is very difficult for a bank in Europe or Asia to accept to open an DLC/BG/SBLC to a bank in Africa specially to a bank in D.R.Congo due to the unrest politic situation, therefore in order to sell our production we do accept payment by T/T (wire transfer) against documents within 14 days after the arrival of the goods at destination because of no any bank payment instrument issued by the buyer as a guarantee of payment Instead we need at least to know buyer good faith and commitment before delivery Therefore we request buyer only for the first delivery to pay for the transportation cost from Congo up to loading port as a good faith of the buyer to demonstrate his commitment in this business before delivery The amount of commitment fees will be deducted from the value of the goods at the final payment .if we conclude the trial shipment smoothly from the second delivery no commitment fees - here our procedure suggestion in details ( soft offer ) C.I.F Commodity: Electrolytic Copper Cathodes min. cu-purity: 99.99% premier degree, Grade A size: : 914mm x 914mm x 12mm (appr.)(36” x 36” x 0.5) weight of each sheet: 125kgs +/- 1% net weight of each pallet: 2m/t +/-1% Origin: D.R.Congo. Loading Port: Dar es Salaam /Tanzania or Durban / South Africa Price: LME-30% (we accept over price) Penalty: For each 00.01% of Cu below 99.98% , the base price shall be decreased by USD100.00 per Metric Ton, fractions pro rata. The buyer can reject acceptance of goods if Cu is below 99.96% or presence of any percentage of Oxygen (O2) and, or at the Buyer option, it can be re-negotiated the price with the Seller Inspection Company: At the loading port: Alex Stewart or Alfred knight At Destination: international assay company appointed by the buyer Procedure Quantity: Available now: 10, 000 MT and more Trial shipment: 1000 MT to 5000 M/T Monthly Quantity: 10, 000 M/T or more X 12 months 1. Seller issues draft, Seller & Buyer sign contract which shall then become a legal & binding document after it has been signed and stamped by both parties 3. Buyer is welcome in D.R.Congo / Lubumbashi to: • Visit our organizations/ mines/ factory • Verify the existence of the goods • Test the purity of the goods 3. We, as the owner and direct Seller, we will pay for all taxes and export documentation in D.R. Congo 4. Only for the first shipment, to show is good faith and commitment buyer will pay for the Transportation costs to allow seller to move the goods from Congo to the loading port -The amount of transportation will be deducted from the value of the goods at the final payment 5. At the port of loading Seller will engage an independent assay company to do quality and quantity inspection 6.Seller with his agent will complete the shipment procedure at the loading port and ship the goods buyer destination 7. Payment of the value of the goods within 14 days after the arrival of the goods at destination after final assay report and against all set of the shipping documents 8.The Seller’s representative shall travel and attend final inspection at Buyer’s destination 9.Next contract shipment starts, From the second shipment no commitment fees, payment 100% at destination against document as we have just explained for the reasons which are beyond our control we cannot deal with any kind of bank instrument , in case you accept our procedure suggestion we can start with a small quantity to build up trust then we will increase the quantity..
