bul, Turkey. We manufacture a wide range of extruded aluminum profiles in our fully equipped factories located in Istanbul and Edirne. (Billet casting plant, four extrusion machines (600, 800, 1000, 1200 TONS), aging oven, anodizing line, powder coating line, stamping and machining). Our monthly capacity is 600 tons and we export 40% of our products to international markets which demand high quality products and expedited delivery. We’re specialized in the manufacturing of very small profiles that can feature a minimum wall thickness of 0.50 mm as well as the production of large profiles. Our billet casting plant has a capacity of 10, 000 tons per year as it utilizes the latest and most advanced technology, HOT-TOP System. We have two units of fusion furnaces, each with a capacity of eight tons and ten tons, respectively. Using a Spectro Analysis Device, our team carefully monitors the chemical analysis of the aluminum alloys – which are produced from the 6000 Alloy series. Additionally at our firm, clients have the option to request outsourcing of the billet casting service.
