Otis Elevator Korea has started Korea's first elevator company since 1968. As a Korea leading manufacturer, installer and maintainer of elevators, escalators and moving walkways, we've launched the first innovative machine-roomless elevator 'Gen2' and PM gearless elevator 'Iris', and the regeneration system 'Regen Drive'. Sigma Elevator Company had its beginnings after the December 1999 Acquistion(LG's sales of its elevator and escalator business to Otis Elevator Korea), allowing for the creation of the Sigma brand. Hence, many of the products under the Sigma trademark have its basis in technology that has been in development for over 30 years.
