Vanillin content upwards of 3.5%. That's 2.5 times the vanillin content found in Madagascar's famous beans.
Our bourbon vanilla beans are grown in the perfect climate bestowed upon the beautiful Archipelago of Indonesia. The cultivation to harvest period takes anywhere between 9 months to a year. Our beloved farmers use their decades of experience to grow the most divine Bourbon Vanilla found anywhere in the world.
Grown as their cousins are in Madagascar but here in Indonesia. The perfect climate allows them to flourish even further!
Flavour Profile
Sweet chocolate undertones with a velvety smooth bourbon texture. Delicate earthy tones of dried berries and hints of caramel.
How To Store
Vanilla beans have a shelf life of up to two years if you store them properly, but you should plan to use them within eight months for the best flavour and freshness. Prioritise keeping your vanilla beans in an airtight container in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
