This product hydroxyl seals the end, therefore has the active hydroxyl to bring the special performance.
1. Low viscosity hydroxy silicone oil can be used as a processing aid for silicone rubber. It can be used as an anti-structural control agent to improve the processing properties of silicone rubber. It can also be used as a fabric post-treatment agent to improve the smoothness and sewing of polyester threads, make fabric soft, smooth and elastic. At the same time, it can be used as a release treatment for high-grade paper, leather brighteners, mold release agents, etc.
2. High viscosity hydroxy silicone oil (107 rubber) is the main raw material of RTV mold silicone rubber, defoamer and silicone glass glue. Because of its good electrical insulation, it can be used as insulation, moisture-proof, shock-proof and heat-resistant perfusion sealing materials in electronic components and assemblies such as radios, electronic instruments and semiconductors.
[Safe Operation and Storage]
Do not mix with acid-base materials, alkoxylsilane and water vapor at high temperature, otherwise there is a tendency to solidify and viscosity change.
1. This product should be stored in a sealed and clean plastic drum, and should not be in contact with strong acid or strong alkali substances;
