One-bath agent ES, born from the combination of enzyme technology and chemical products, is mainly applied in the half-bleaching finish process of cotton yarn fabrics,and the ordinary weaving fabrics in the semi-bleaching process. It can substitute for traditional auxiliaries like sudium hydroxide and scouring agent. Es can remove the impurity, wax, sizing agent, and natural color contained in the fabrics. Imparts cleanning surface of fiber,and soft feeling. At the same time, it will increase the hydrphilic of fiber. and improve the color yield and levelness.

Special Features

1. Low dosage can rapidly hydrolyze the slurry and degrade the impurities such as fat, wax and cottonseed, and increase the whiteness.

2. Under the precondition of saving auxiliaries and energy, the treatment effect is equivalent to the traditional method, and the strength loss is significantly lower than the traditional method.

3. Combine the many steps of pre-processing.

4. This product is a low-foaming product.

Suggestion

Dosage:  ES-1: 1.5-2g/L;

Procedure: load on the fabrics, add ES-1, raise the temperature to 40-50℃, add H2O2, raise the temperature to 90-100℃, run for 60min and then drain, →wash with hot water(60-70℃  for 15-20min), drain→ wash with cold water for 15-20min and then drain→ add water adjust pH value to 6-7 ( add deoxygen enzyme), add dyestuff.
