Characteristic properties: It is a two component sealer based on high quality resin and polyisocyanate hardener. This product has quick drying, high filling and good sanding properties. It is suitable substrate for all types of wood surfaces and plywood finishes.
Viscosity: 70 ± 2 sec / Ford cup 6 at 25°C
Density: 0.97 ± 0.02 g/cm3
Solid Content: 42 ± 2%
Coverage: 5 – 7 m2/kg
2- Materials for application:-

- Hardener for sealer
- Polyurethane thinner
3- Suitable substrates: This product can be applied directly to
- Old paint coatings
- Wood surfaces
- Polyester putty
- NC putty
4- Surface preparation:-
Following degreasing flat with the following sandpaper grades
P280: to dry flat (mechanically or manually)
5- Mixing ratio:-
- 100 parts by volume of Polyurethane sealer
- 50 parts by volume of Hardener for sealer
- 30 to 50 parts by volume of thinner
6- Spray viscosity: 18-22 second ford cup no. 4
7- Process: Apply 2 or 3 single coats allowing for a flash off time 5-10 minutes between coats.
