At present, the market demand is increasing day by day and the demand for product performance is improving gradually. Based on this market prospect we developed printing paste series. This product adopts polysaccharide compound with sodium alginate, and combines advanced technology to make the paste play a great role in structure viscosity, rheology, thixotropy and stability. Compared with sodium alginate in the same quality, the color yield can be increased by 10-20%, which can directly reduce the integrated printing cost. This product can directly replace sodium alginate in active printing, and has the same excellent performance as sodium alginate, it is suitable for various printing equipment and processes such as round screen, flat screen and manual table board. It can also be combined with sodium alginate for multiple combination.

Application

1. Use the original paste alone to prepare the color paste;

Reactive dye: X%

Urea: 5-10%

Reserve salt S: 1%

Original printing paste: 48-58% (solid content: 5%)

NaHCO3: 2-2.5%

Water: add in water till the solution to be 100%

2. Color paste preparation with active thickener:

Reactive dye: X%

Urea: 5-10%

Reserve salt S: 1%

Original printing paste: 35-40% (solid content:5%)

Active thickener: 2-2.5%

NaHCO3: 2-2.5%

Water: add in water till the solution to be 100%

3. Color paste preparation with sodium alginate;

Reactive dye: X%

Urea: 8-10%

Reserve salt S: 1%

Original printing paste: 25-30% (solid content: 5%)

Sodium alginate: 15-20% (solid content 5%)

NaHCO3: 2-2.5%

Water: add in water till the solution to be 100%
