OFFER OF MADAGASCAR VANILLA / JCM Dear Sir, Working as a "Commercial Agent" and in partnership with a vanilla exporter ; We informed you that we could offer and supply you with bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. (See photos attached). As a reminder : The Commercial Agent will ensure the representation, promotion and sale of the Exporter's Products in accordance with the principles of a commercial agency contract. The Commercial Agent will therefore act in the name and on behalf of the Exporter in order to negotiate and conclude contracts for the sale of Products marketed by the Exporter. That said; I am sending you attached a list of bourbon vanilla categories from Madagascar. Please therefore send me possibly in return ;  The quantities you would like to obtain per category of vanilla  Your purchase prices by category of vanilla  The frequency of shipments (Monthly, fortnightly, quarterly, etc …)  Your purchase Incoterm (FOB, CIP or CIF). Method of shipment: By air (FOB or CIP) and by ship (FOB or CIF). For information, the vanilla export campaign here in Madagascar generally starts from September/October of the current year and ends in April or May of the following year. We could possibly send you samples by category of vanilla.  Method of payment: According to the method acceptable to both parties.
