Product Profile

This product is a high-tech environmental protection product which combines enzymatic technology with chemical products. It is mainly used for semi-bleaching of towels and cotton yarns before dyeing. It replaces many additives such as caustic soda, scouring agent and oxygen bleaching stabilizer in traditional process. After treatment with 118-6 scouring enzyme, impurities, waxes, sizes and natural pigments on fabrics can be effectively removed, whiteness can be increased, capillary efficiency can be improved, surface of fabrics can be smooth and soft, and hydrophilicity and water absorption and diffusion of fabrics can be significantly increased, which can correspondingly improve the dyeing process and levelness.

PH value (1% liquid): 11.5 + 0.5

Solubility: It can be completely dissolved in hot water at 40 C.

Purpose

Process flow: cloth feeding→ adding 118-6 →heating up to 40-50 adding hydrogen peroxide, then heating up to 90-100 turning 45-60 minutes after Drainage→Drainage→ 60 hot water washing for 15 minutes→ Drainage→cold water for 15 minutes→ adjusting PH value 6-7→ adding dyes.
