Product Profile

This product is a kind of fluorine-containing water and oil repellent, which is suitable for cotton and other fibers. It can give fabric excellent waterproof, oil and dust-proof effect. The finished fabric can withstand multiple water and dry cleaning.

Properties

• Appearance: milky white /. Yellow liquid
• pH value (1% solution): about 6
• Solubility: soluble at room temperature, in any proportion

Features

1. It can give natural fiber and chemical fiber excellent water and oil repellency.

2. It has good performance of water and dry cleaning, especially the effect of no iron resin is better.

3, the chemical stability is good, the emulsion stability basically does not change along with the working fluid pH change.

4. It has good permeability and low foam property, so the application effect is better.

5. There is no head and tail difference in application, which has little effect on color and light.

6. It does not contain flammable solvent, is easy to handle, and is non-toxic to human body.

7. After finishing, the fabric feels soft.

Usage

Dosage: Polyester: 5-15g / L, polyester cotton: 10-30g / L, cotton: 30-40g / L.

Process: one dip and one rolling → drying → baking. It can be diluted and adjusted as needed
