After drawing be done, we will do the Feasibility Assessment again with whole team together include Design, RD, QA and Production for get nice balance between ideal & productivity.Our RD team members are all with full experience and could help to communicate with stakeholders and customers for all the engineering issues during NPD procedures. Such as material set up, measurement, & inspection standard; SOP set up and so on.Our injection machine's max. injection volume from 35 grams to 4,700 grams; clamping force from 40 tons to 1,360 tons for help us provide wide range of injection molding service. We are not only provide normal single shot molding service; but also with multiple colors and / or materials bonding via insert molding; overmolding (rotating type) for molding with multiple colors and / or materials. Gas assisted injection molding could help to support with high wall thickness but with low deformation & shrink mark. Use with RHCM (Rapid Heat Cycle Molding) could help to molding with High Gloss and free with welding line even the resin contain with glass fiber.
