The address of company is Qingdao China, whose factory is located in Wulian county Rizhao city of Shandong P.V. We have made the shopping bags (cotton bags, non woven bags and polyester bags etc.) since 1995. However, most of our main managers and technicians have worked inthis line since 1988. At that time, there is rare factory of shopping bag in China. But we€™ve produced non woven bags only since about 2000, for lower cost of nonwoven fabric than of cotton, producing nonwoven fabric bag instead of cotton fabric bag is started only at that time almost all over the world markets. Otherwise, most of our products are exported to Japan, American, Germany, Australia, Italia, New Zealand and other developed countries. We own and control over 500 suits of equipments, such as high speed Flat Sewing Machines, Overlock Machines, Ironing Machines, Needle Detector etc. There are four workshops: cutting, printing, sewing, checking & packing workshops and branches. By these years€™ development and strict management, we brought up a team of specialized managers and workers. Our products and management are controlled by ISO: 9001-2000 and ISO: 14001-2004. Also, some of products have passed checking of SGS, Standard of REACH, Organic cotton and so on. We can make 1.5 million pcs shopping bags (involved dyed and natural cotton plain bag, canvas bag, all kinds of nonwoven bag, polyester bag and other shopping bags) per month in the general situation, but products capacity will be comparatively lower at the period close to The Spring Festival (the end of Jan to the end Feb) and in the season of autumn harvest (about September). But the delivery time of per order depends on the whole producing schedule and total situation.
