RFQ Description

We are looking for a cheese supplier that can supply big order with 5 years contract. This order is for the government. Please review the requirements before replying. The company needs to meet the below requirements: 1) Follow the specification (We have a copy). 2) Welling to register as food supplier for the government , we will guide with that but you have to provide your company documents 3) Pay a registration fee to the government , it is called processing fee any international supplier needs to register, it is around Ask Buyer. 4) No wholesaler or trader company will be accepted. Only manufacturer or packaging company is allowed to register. 5) Term of payments: irrevocable L/C European bank , 90 % when contract is signed, 10% at the arriving port. 6)Sign a commission contract to the broker, the commission will be a percentage of the whole purchase, the company is allowed to add it to the total amount. The commission needs to be confidential. 7) Welling to provide us with documentation concerning the company so we can assist in registration. Once the commission contract is signed and the registration is done, contract with government will be signed and LC will be submitted with it.Any company is looking for long term business relationship feel free to contact me.
