Dear Ms Rojin Mohammad,My name is John Vandenbroucke and my company International Food Ltd is based in Hong Kong. I am a buyer of fat filled milk powder ( milk replacer). I am looking for a reliable producer of fat filled powder with the follow specs;Fat 50 % ( vegetable fat from Refined Bleached and Deodorized palm oil ) RBDProtein content: 5.5 % the protein can be from DEMIN whey or if Demin whey is not available from normal sweet whey in combination with Skim milk powder. Reason for this combination is that if the product is made only with sweet whey the mineral content is too high and the product is too salty to be used in ice cream production.I am looking to buy 100 MT per month and my payment conditions are L/C payable at sight.
