leaking prpro system

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!!Hi Paul,We spoke to you back in November and I explained that the Microboards PF-Pro CISS system I bought from you had leaked.The Cyan rubber diaphram at the back of the cartridge had split and leaked ink into the printer. You kindly offered to send a replacement straight away. I am hoping that it just slipped your mind but I still dont have a replacement.To add to my woes, this morning the yellow has done the same. The problem seems to be with the rubber at the back of the CISS carts splitting. I am now down to just the black and the magenta. I have check those and they seem fine but I wonder how long it will before they fail.Please contact me. Upto now I have been very very pleased with the unit especially tha amount of money it has saved me and I am very keen to get the system back up and running.I would be very very grateful for your help.Ray BroadhurstI.T.
