We are willing to make the vessel owners a partner in our venture and they get out from under the huge expenses they are paying for idle vessels now earning nothing for them; vessels they cannot sell. Our group will pay the docking, the maintenance, the insurance costs, etc out of the gross. The vessels owner/owners get a percentage out of the net profit of the casinos. The vessel owners do not have to put up a dime for the bankrolls. My group has already agreed to put up as much as a million dollars per vessel for the initial gaming bankrolls for the casinos, once we commence operations. We are now able to secure submerged land leases in 2 locations we have looked at already. The vessel owner/owners can choose to be absentee partners or be on the premises at all times. Their option.
