Dear Sirs, I am looking for a reliable seller of copper cathodes, my buyers requirethe following of a seller.The following are conditions for sale from the buyers perspective1. Direct Letter of Credit2.PB 2% by seller after buyer does the DLC3.A sanitized bill of lading of a previous order.4.Price LME less 15% or better.5.NCNDA and IMFPA to be signed by all parties.6.5% commission for the intermediaries etc.7.Inspection of Copper Cathodes either prior to shipping or at the seller warehouse.8.Pictures of the Copper Cathodes in the Warehouse with a recent date.9.Proof of ability to supply upward to 5000 MT per month or better.10.The following documents are required.a.Ownership of the Copper Cathodes.b.License from either the Tanzania Government or the DRC for Exportc.SGS document from the governmentd.Certificate of Origine.Certificate of Analysis from the Government11.Amount of Copper Cathodes available to ship at any one time.12.Are we dealing with the mandate or the seller?13.CIF pricing on product14.Payment finalized at receiving port after inspection of Copper Cathodes at the buyer expense. thank you
