Dear Sir,We on behalf of our end china buyer seeking MAZUT on CIF china basis delivery on below procedure,should you have a reliable seller/product owner do avail us with SCO.Looking forward to hear from you.RegardsJide IsmailCLAUSE 7 - PAYMENT & BANKING PROCEDURES (MAZUT) seller issue SCO on below procedure7.1. Buyer issue ICPO to seller. 7.2. Seller issues FCO and Draft Contract Open for amendments. 7.3. Buyer counters sign and seals the draft contract and sends via e-mail to seller. 7.4. Seller register contract in the Russia Energy Ministry and send it to buyer along with partial POP. Both parties submit the registered contract to respective bank for filing. THE PARTIAL PROOF OF PRODUCT WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:1. Copy of License/Permit to Export, issued by the department of the Ministry of Energy, Russian federation 2. Copy of Approval to Export, issued by the department of the Ministry of Justice, Russian federation. 3. Copy of statement of availability of the product. 4. Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product. 5. Certificate of Origin. 6. Company Registration Information 7.5. Buyer bank issue POF via swift MT999 to Seller bank upon verification of the POP. 7.6. Within five banking days, the sellers bank issues through swift an Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, validity 60 days operative 2% PB via SWIFT MT760 to Buyers bank.May i know the Min Order Quantity of this product.How much time will you take to deliver the goodsCan u send us your latest product catalog with complete quote prices.Are you offering free sample of this product or may i know the sample cost?
