Dear SellersIs is our intention to purchase, and we hereby confirm that we are ready, willing and able to purchase the following commodity as per the specification and in the quantity and for the price as specified in the terms and conditions as stated below. This representation is made with full corporate authority and responsibility.1) COMMODITY: Lead Used Battery2) SPECIFICATIONS: Drained and/or Undrained 3) Q¬„ty: Each shipment 300 mt (+/- 10%) minimum, No maximum limit4) Origin: North, Central & South America Preferred.5) Price: FOB Main Port of OriginCalculation Formula: ï¬Drained : LME x 36% Based on gross weight of containerï¬Undrained : LME x 35% Based on gross weight of containerLME Cash-buyer of the date of inspection.6) Payment terms & conditions 100% Letter of Credit, At sight, Confirmed. Letter of Credit will be arranged before inspection after signing Contract for two years.
