Dear Madam, Dear Sir, Allow me first to briefly introduce my brand, CRESCENDO. CRESCENDO (16 stores worldwide) is the little sister of VOM FASS (250 stores worldwide). By little sister, I mean that CRESCENDO as recently being created by VOM FASS to respond to an increasing demand from consumers and already anticipating the major trends of tomorrow. CRESCENDO is positioned higher in the high end market than VOM FASS and distributes premium oils, vinegars, herbs and spices in bulk to end consumers. We developed new and unique airtight systems to sell all the products loose and still guaranty the freshness of the products. Selling loose means we need containers to fill (in store) and this is the intention of my contact. We are expending fast around the world and looking for a longterm reliable partner. We actually have a supplier for our spice grinders but missing quality consistency. From the positioning of the brand and the products, we cannot afford not to have the quality grinders consistency. The purpose of my e-mail hold in few short and simple questions :- are you able to supply us with grinders ? If yes, what are the conditions? If no, you might have a partner company you would like to recommend? - are you able to personalize the grinders with my logo ?Also, we use aluminum spice tins to sell the products when the customer does not want/require a grinder. I would consider studying opportunities for another suppliers for these too. I am looking forward to reading your answer and starting discussions for a potential longterm collaboration.
