Dear Sir,We are a libyan company based in tripoli Libya. Please find the specifications detailed as follows for our sourcing of Transformer. Please send a priced quotation to our email, in addition we will be making an order of six(6) units of this type. :Transformer; oil filled; 500KVAVector Group Dyn11; 13.8KV-2400Y/1385V;3 phase; 60Hz; Delta-Wye winding; 4.52% impedance. Provided on the primary side with off-load 17-posotion tap-changer switch connected for +/- 15% tap settings at 1.875% steps. Tap changer shall be externally operable with position indicator visible from grade. Copper winding; 65degrees C temp. rise and 80dbA max sound pressure level at 1 meter. Primary and secondary bushings located at opposite sides of the transformer shall be enclosed with junction boxes. Junction boxes shall have undrilled non-ferrous bottom entry cable gland plates. Cable gland plates to be drilled on site for cable entries. Bottom entry control box shall also be provided for control devices. Allowable safety clearances shall be provided between bushing terminals and the sides of the junction boxes and tank of the transformer. Transformer to be ONAN cooled w/ mineral oil to be in compliance w/ IEC 60296 or ANSI C57 Standards. Transformer shall be outdoor type suitable in sandy desert w/ ambient temp. of 55ËÅ¡C complete w/ skid underbase; resistant to UV radiation oil level gauge, temp indicator and pressure vacuum bleeder and gauge; self-reclosing type over pressure valve; plugged filling hole; drain valve and plug and lifting lugs. It shall have grounding pads that are diagonically located at opposite sides of the transformer. Device contacts shall be hermitically sealed. Color should be gray RAL7005. Transformer shall built in accordance to IEC 60076 orANSI 57/NEMA standards. Nameplate shall be in accordance with National Oil Corporation General Engineering Standard LO3.
