In addition, it has 9 solely-owned subsidiaries, as follows: 1.Huamei Refrigeration Processing Factory, 2.Jidi Breeders Farm, 3.Jidi Packaging Products Plant, 4.Anqiu Luxiang Foodstuffs Co., Ltd., 5.Anqiu Zhongji Animal Feed Co., Ltd., 6.Shandong Zhongji Animal Feed Co., Ltd., 7.Weifang Hemei farm Produce Co., Ltd., 8.Weifang Luxiang Real Estate Co., Ltd. and 9.Weifang Haichuan Labor and Service Co., Ltd. Among above subsidiaries of the Group, there are 4 Factories have passed the ISO9001:2000 Certification, 5 Factories have passed the HACCP Certification, 1 Factory has passed the Organic Vegetables Certification and 1 Factory has passed the GMP Certification.
