Our products are manufactured in compliance with EN 12413, EN 13743 and DSTU GOST 21963: 2003. We produce high performance abrasive cutting-off and grinding wheels based on fiberglass impregnated with phenol-formaldehyde resin of various diameter (from 115 to 400mm) and thickness (from 0.8 to 10 mm) which provide maximum quality of performed work, cutting of different materials with precise sawing. Our cutting, grinding wheels and flap discs are characterized by long-term service, high cutting value and G-ratio, high efficiency and safety securing. Produced abrasive tools undergo several compulsory quality control stages - the wheels are tested in a special laboratory for breakup, jumping with loads two and more times exceeding allowable limits, cut conformance to quality standard is controlled. The following raw materials are used to produce our wheels: electrocorundum white and normal of different fractions (60 to 24th), silicon carbide 54AC, phenolic resin binder, powdered - SFP-012A, liquid bakelite BZh-3, reinforcing net (density from 100 g / m² to 420 g / m²). These materials are supplied to our plant by the largest manufacturers of raw materials from European countries and Belarus.
