Yantai Zhongtuo Alloy Steel Casting Co., Ltd. is a private high-tech enterprises, established in 2005 in Yantai, (formerly the national second class enterprise-Jining Special Alloy Steel Casting Co., Ltd.). It is also a member of the Department of China Heat Treatment Association and the Association of Shandong Province casting unit, which is located in Yantai Hi-tech Industrial Park and is included in the key construction projects. The company has not only engaged in foundry industry for many years, but also has a professional, refined, vibrant team. It also has a professional system, including perfect engineering design, product development, manufacturing and good service of after-sales. Centrifugal casting, lost foam casting and precision casting processes are mainly used in the operation process to produce productions of various high-temperature cast pipes, shaped pieces and other alloy steel products which are heat and corrosion resistance, wear-resistant. It is a professional manufacturer (centrifugal casting diameter range: Ã50mm-Ã2000mm; static casting weight range: 1kg-5000kg). The main products concludes four categories as follows: Petrochemical categories: cracking furnace tube (ethylene, styrene, crude oil, VCM, etc.) and into furnace tube (hydrogen furnace, ammonia, methanol, etc.); Metallurgical categories: steel annealing line, galvanizing line, furnace, radiant tube, furnace rolls, etc. and direct reduction iron (DRI) into tubes; Building Materials categories: float line annealing kiln, roller kiln, PWR Loop Road, in charge of casting pipe and elbow. Our company has a series products, such as Annual output of 1500 tons of centrifugal casting pipe, 500 tons of sand castings, and 300 tons of precision castings in 2009 by the implementation of expansion to achieve the designed output of 6000 tons.
