Zhejiang Juhua Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It was founded in June, 2012. It is a solely-owned subsidiary of Juhua Group Cooperation. It is an independent legal entity with a registered capital of 200 million RMB. The company has 455 employees, including 155 professionals (14 senior engineers, 41 engineers, 29 certified artificers). It holds several kinds of special equipment design licenses such as A1 (high pressure vessels), A2 (category III low and medium pressure), C3 (UN portable tank) and A1, A2, B2 (welded cylinders), B3 (non-refillable cylinders) , C3 for special equipment manufacturing licenses, all of which are issued by AQSIQ. It also holds many other international certification, that is ASME U, U2, R stamp authority certificates, and the United States DOT39, and South Korea KGS. The company evolved from Quhua Machinery Factory, a chemical machinery equipment manufacturing company which was founded in 1958. It has over 30 years history of manufacturing pressure vessels. The company participated the manufacturing of China national carrier rocket launch vehicle equipment in 1980 and was highly praised by the central government. It became one of the enterprises which the earliest obtained three types of pressure vessel design and manufacture license in 1980. In 1996, Juhua Group Corporation Engineering Co., Ltd. was formed by merging three entities: Quhua Machinery Factory, Quhua Construction Company and Quhua Instrument Factory. In 2011, according to Juhua Group the Twelfth Five-year plan of developing equipment manufacturing industry, the chemical machinery manufacturing business of Juhua Group Corporation Engineering Co., Ltd. was separated and transferred into a new entity: Zhejiang Juhua Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., for which Juhua Group supported to invest 300 million yuan in the new Juhua equipment manufacturing base. Covering an area of about 30.5 acres, the company owns 6,2000 square meters specializing production workshops for UN portable tank, heavy duty working facilities, non-ferrous container ( for cleaning), heat exchanger and cylinder. It has many kinds of special equipments, such as 100T travelling crane , 100*3000mm rolling machine, 4.5mX4.5Mx18.5m annealing furnace, CNC flame cutter, plasma welder as well as Sand blasting and paint spraying cabin and testing rooms. It is mainly engaged in chemical machinery equipment manufacturing business and our main productions are UN portable tank, High pressure tanker, non-ferrous metal, heat exchanger, cylinder (refillable and non-refillable), non-standard pressure vessels as well as associated gold processing. The company has already finished two national standards: the Non-refillable cylinder used for industry standard and the standard of Stationary high-pressure hydrogen storage container with steel band staggering type. It has cooperated successively with Zhejiang university in developing the 863 program-----the manufacturing of High pressure hydrogen storage tanks. In 2011, one of our programs named the key technology and its application of 70 MPa High pressure gaseous hydrogen storage system won the first prize of technologic progress hosted by state education commission (We are the second company to finish it). The product namely 70MPa Stationary high-pressure hydrogen storage container with steel band staggering type firstly passed the identify of equipment manufacturing industry in Zhejiang province in 2011. Under the supports of well-established QA and after-sales service system, the company has successfully certificated to the certification of quality management system. At present, it has continuously gained the following honors, that is, second-level enterprise of China, first-level enterprise for measurement, A-class quality supervision enterprise, trustable enterprise of China , etc.
