Advanced technology, constant innovation of product and advanced equipment lead to both increasingly expanded production capacity and steadily improved quality. <br><br>Production plan management system<br><br>Details′ Control<br><br>• QC Dept is in charge of strict control for spare parts according to technical drawings and color sample card. <br><br>• Warehousing Dept control the parts strictly according to technical BOM list. <br><br>• Production Dept is in charge of different production processes training for employees on the basis of process cards. <br><br>• Merchandiser assistant check the order artwork(packing, trademark, manual, label) based on the buyer′s order requirements, <br><br>• PMC Dept is in charge of all production tracking, record and coordination according to the production plan made. <br><br>Quality control system<br><br>• QC department implement the quality management system on the basis of TS16949. <br><br>• The four quality control basis: <br><br>1. Enterprise standard -- snowthrower standard established refer to European standard and record in Quality Supervision Bureau. <br><br>2. National standard -- universal and general technical conditions by using the national standard<br><br>3. Design drawings, process documents, inspection instruction<br><br>4. The special requirements of customers(OEM requrements) -- such as color, pattern, label etc. <br><br>Product development system<br><br>• In charge of departments: Engineering Department<br><br>• New product development project<br><br>-- According to the marketing department investigation, advise the the direction of new product development<br><br>-- engineers make the plan for the basic structure, main function, product development time and input cost. <br><br>-- General manager organize all specialist to make the correction and modification. Finally decide the new product development project. <br><br>New product design, development<br><br>1. The Design engineer and assistant engineer are in charge of 3D graph drawing; <br><br>2. The Chief engineer, technical director and related personnels review the structure and feasibility of 3D graph drawing<br><br>3. Make the quick sample first - Make the rapid prototyping for the plastic parts. <br><br>Finish the forming die. <br><br>Make the function test for the quick sample and finish the confirmaion for mould. <br><br>4. Make the confirmation for the production process and fixture. <br><br>5. Make the design for the manual, label and package. <br><br>6. Start small batch production<br><br>Verify the accuracy for the mould and fixture. <br><br>Make the schedule for the assembly production process. <br><br>Make the checking point for the parts and whole machine and make test method. <br><br>Make the durability test (usually more than 300 hours, The field test keep at least 50 hours). Modify the inconformity parts. <br><br>7. Final Developing summary<br><br>All technical information submit to production department, quality department, purchase department, PMC and other departments. (including drawings, process card and BOM list )<br><br>8, Tracking after development<br><br>Project engineers must track their own developing product. <br><br>A. Collect the actual using feedback from customers and improve<br><br>B. Improve the quality problems happened in production<br><br>C. Make special design for process card and avoid making mistakes<br><br>D. Develop more function; <br><br>E.
