Of which Zibo Hongyang takes 60% share and Weatherford takes 40% . ▬ She grew out of Zibo Hongyang Petroleum Plant which was set up in 1988. it is a professional manufacturer of petroleum equipment with nearly 30 years experiences and one of the earliest sucker rod manufacturer in china. ▬ Its original value of fixed assets was 166 million RMB, and registered capital is 106 million RMB. ▬ Its Total plant area is about 70, 000 m2, and its Construction area is about 38, 000 m2; ▬ There are 3 main shops, one is for sucker rod production, the 2nd is for Couplings, the 3rd one is for Polished rods, sinker bars and other relevant products. ▬ Last year, JV undertook the transitional project of WFT Sapulpa facility and began to develop the products related to SM polished rods, valve rods, liners and liner heads etc. Now the production capacity for these product has come into being. ▬ current headcount: 226
