AFCON commenced in 2005, but the seeds were planted a few years earlier when Jason Zhang, a well-respected businessman from Shandong, worked as a factory manager in a foreign-funded company. It soon became apparent in a vision of bringing together his thoughts, theories and experiences from many successful years of business as a founding President with a number of different companies who were involved in the valve manufacturing sector overseas. AFCON today is one of the leading companies specializing in the R&D, design & manufacturing of a full range of INDUSTRIAL valves made from premium materials. These include butterfly valves, fully welded ball valves, dual plate check valves, Y strainers, as well as aluminum die casting and a wide range of related accessories for pipe fittings. The modern AFCON office, engineering & manufacturing facilities, located in a small industrial town called Dezhou City, Shandong Province, which is 40 minutes away from the Tianjin transportation Hub, and only one hour Beijing by high speed train. Presently AFCON hold all required certification such as ABS/ CE/ DNV-GL/ ISO / LR / WRAS for export needs. However should other certification be required in your markets, we will take the necessary actions to comply and obtain the necessary certifications. To date products have been exported to Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific areas. Many large projects have been successfully installed, with complete customer satisfaction, in different sectors of industries. AFCON is fully equipped with an 'in-house' sand casting line and powder coating line catering not only to ensure direct QA and efficiency in the production process, but with the added reduction in our cost base. Presently our facilities cover an area of 50,000m2 with opportunity to expand our growth in export markets.
