Hence we adopted the guidelines of GMPfor manufacturing medical devices as the basis of the process environment. It was also imperative thatwe need to follow certain methodology to attain the FDA and CE approvals.An elaborate production process to ensure that every piece produced in the plant is of extremely good quality and meets the defined criteria forproduction quality and quantity. The automated plant with sophisticated instrumentation automatically controls the production process, which enableplant to produce materials with great accuracy and consistency.Every glove produced in the plant undergoes an extensiveleaching process which ensure that every glove produced areremoved of all non rubber particles and any other residues tomake sure that an extremely safe glove is produced. Acontrolled vulcanization process ensures the consistency inphysical characteristics defined. The USP grade bioabsorbabledusting powder is used for powdering the gloveswhich gives a very smooth donning experience.The gloves stripped are further tumbler dried to remove of anyextra powder and also to remove any excess moisture contentfor ensuring physical properties and shelf life.Stage wise on-line quality checks ensures that the batch process are within the control at any given time of the production cycle and every pieceproduced by the plant is consistent in specification.
