AKSU GROUP family having a commercial experience of 65 years has become a company in 1973 and group in 2007.Mining operations have been carried on in various provinces and counties of the country since 1974. In total of 14 fields with operation license, with 750 employees, every year 1, 500, 000 tons of pit-run chrome ore, 450, 000 tons of iron ore, 225, 000 tons of lead-zinc-copper ore are processed to produce 100, 000 tons of chromium concentrate, 150, 000 tons of high-grade iron ore, 300, 000 tons of low-grade iron ore, and 15, 000 tons of lead-zinc-copper concentrates. 35, 000 meters/year of Mineral Exploration Activities are carried on by means of five boring machines in Sivas, Kayseri, Bursa, Balkesir provinces for the purpose of increasing economic life of our enterprises and making apparent the potential reserves.
