LETTER OF INTENT The Foreign Trade Company ALLWE, Moscow Russia acting with full corporate responsibility as the Seller submits our formal LETTER OF INTENT to sell the following goods. ALLWE states with full legal responsibility that we are ready, willing and able to sell the product as illustrated below and are the legal signatory with full corporate power to produce the acceptable banking instruments to activate a valid sales contract between ALLWE and the Buyer. 1. TERMS OF PAYMENT: The buyer shall issue irrevocable, confirmed, documentary Letter of Credit within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of signing the contract for the 100% of the total amount of the contract.
