Anatis Bioprotection

Anatis Bioprotection specializes in the production and sale of biological control agents (insects and microbial products) against insect pests of plants as an alternative to chemical pesticides.Our expertise enables us to produce:- Substrate for the production of beneficial insects (eggs of a moth species Ephestia kuehniella)- A range of entomophagous insects (i.e. predators and parasitoids)- A series of microbiological products based on the entomopathogenic fungus Beauveria bassiana against the most important agricultural pests.Anatis Bioprotection was established in 2005 in Canada (Quebec). The company has a very dynamic team, strong experience and expertise.The currently available products are:- Eggs of Ephestia kuehniella, for the production of parasitoid and predator insects.- Three species of parasitoid insects: Trichogramma ostriniae, T. brassicae and T. minutum to control lepidopteran pests on fruits, vegetables and ornamentals.- The predatory mite Amblyseius fallacis to control pest mites in greenhouse and field. This species is native of Quebec and tolerate cold climate.
