Anhui Hiward Machine Co., Ltd, a professional foundry enterprise, is located in changjiang delta regionChaohu Economic Developing Zone, near to shanghai. It engages in casting and machining various kinds of gray iron, ductile iron and the cylinder Die-Cutting series products.We have two Germany FAT resin sand molding lines, with annually output 3000T and 6000T, the automatic blasting line that can complete 10T per hour; and an automatic painting line that can complete 4T per hour. We have four 1.5T/h electric furnaces and two 0.75T/h electric furnaces. We use spectrograph, matellomicroscope, mechanic nature test machine, water and oil pressure test machine, power balance and some other equipments and instruments for test. We control the sand analysis and quality of liquid iron in the lines. We also have different types of CNC center, more than 30 sets of CNC, boring planning, milling grinding machining tool equipments, CNC drilling machines with multi-holes pressed at the same time and more than 80 sets of other kinds of machining equipments. The products contain kinds of gear box, engine parts, parts of valve and pump, auto parts, construction machine parts and so on.
