Confirmation 3 week before date of shipment.7.Payment Terms: Letter of Credit at Sight 100%.8. Quantity Determination: The weight of each shipment of Coal shall be determined by draft survey of carrying ocean carrier at the Load Port conducted by the Independent Superintending Company. This weight determined by the Independent Superintending Company shall be final and binding for both the Parties and it shall be the basis for invoicing and settlement.9.Quality basis: As per mutually agreed internationally reputed independent Inspection Agency appointed by the seller at its cost at load port and the load port sampling and analysis report is final and binding on both buyer and seller for commercial purpose.
