About Azak Azak Tool is a new investment of Ağır Haddecilik A.Ş. which, has been in the metal processing industry for 37 years. As Azak Tool Technologies, we are the new brand and manufacturer of HSS circular saw blades and we are manufacturing with the latest technology machines for heat treatment, grinding, toothing, coating, testing and inspection in our premises, located at Dilovasi Industrial zone, where is 70km east of Istanbul, Turkey. We use top quality raw material with 1.3343 DIN Standart, supplied from European Premium manufacturers. Our product range varies between diameters 160-630 mm and we are able to provide semi finished or fully-finished products. Azak also provides heat treatment service for some important raw material manufacturers in Europe. We currently have a production area of 4.000 m2. With the completion of our new facility which is under construction now, we will have a production area of 8600m2 in the beggining of 4rd quarter 2021. (Total landscape is 45.000 m2) We have started the HSS production two years ago and since then we exported to 42 countries and carried out performance tests of our blades at various customer locations around the world.
