Our product can be loaded in raffia tapes up to 20% & more depending upon the denier of the tape being manufactured without affecting the strength of the tape, which also results in reduction of cost. We use very fine world-class quality coated Calcium Carbonate which does not choke the mesh of the extruder and does not ooze out from the raffia tape, which is manufactured by using our Masterbatch is of very high quality. Our TiO2 based Plastultra 70 masterbatch gives high gloss, bright whiteness even with low addition level also used in lamination on HDPE & PP fabric. Plastultra masterbatch is tailor made products, designed for high temperature extrusion coating, cast and blown film both monolayer and multilayer, injection moulding blow moulding & tape / fabric applications. Our Plast UV, which is a critical Masterbatch for UV stabilizers. The product is manufactured with PP based on Polymer with 10% & 20% active loading of U.V. Stabilizers using only Ciba Speciality Chemicals UV stabilizers. We guarantee all of our products by giving you quality certificate.
