Hefei Debo Bioenergy Science&Technology Co., Ltd. is located in High-tech zone, Hefei, Anhui, China. We are a High-tech enterprise with more than 10 patents, specializing in researching, developing, manufacturing and selling green energy products and selling biomass gas. Our two branches are Hefei Debo Renewable Energy Institute and Jiangsu Bioenergy Machinery Co., ltd of Debo Company. With our fast improvement, we success in cooperating with State-grid (Group) Corporation of China and together found State Grid Biomass Gas Joint Venture Co., Ltd. Through our efforts, we accumulate much experience in R&D renewable energy and established a complete industrial chain of industrialization of biomass. All biomass incl. rice husk, palm shell, wheat straw, cotton stalk, bagasse, MSW and sludge can be converted into Energy to supply electricity, heat(steam, hot water, hot air) and fuel gas by the method of thermal chemical reaction. Main application:1. 1mw~5mw biomass gasification power plant 2. 5mw~15mw biomass direct combustion power plant3. 1mw~30mw biomass gas and pulverized coal combustion power plant4. Biomass gas to be used to burn boiler, dry and Smelt Metal etc.5. Produce Charcoal and activated carbon etc. Our company has 60 employees. 15 persons major in R&D Products. 3 persons and 5 persons of them got respectively Doctor Degree and Master degree. 93% of our employees have bachelor degree. From the beginning, we already deeply understand the principle that "science and technology constitute the first productive force". Consequently, We work closely with many authorize research institute incl. Thermophysics Institute of Chinese Academy of Science, Energy Research Institute of Shandong Academy of Science and Bioenergy Institute of USTC. Everybody works hard to set up excellent projects and create new products actively. So far, nearly 30 cases are successfully installed .And some projects are already sold to South Asia and Europe. In Bioenergy Field of China, We Create many No.1 .We are the first one to install the project biomass gas to burn boiler , the first one to use biomass gas to burn brick furnace instead of coal gas, the first one to use high speed circulation fluidized bed gasifier in China and the first one to Install biomass direct combustion power plant with circulation fluidized bed boiler in China, the first one to install biomass gas and pulverized coal combustion power plant, the first one to install fault coal gasification power plant, the first one to install sludge gasification power plant, the first one to install MSW gasification power plant . Besides, we devote much time to research auxiliary products in the course of gasification. For example, Acetic acid can be extracted in the course of downdraft fixed bed gasification. Carbon content of Charcoal can reach 50%~60% through controlling feedstock. Acetic acid is used widely for Sterilization, Disinfection to replace Pesticides. Meanwhile, Processed Acetic acid is widely used in Cosmetics field. At present, Charcoal is popular with Chinese, who use it to be heat preservation Material of steel smelting.
