At the time, healthy and organic food trends were very popular, not only among the elderly and children, but also teenagers and the public. Whereas in Thailand, these trends were still far behind the US. That's when the two founders sparked an idea of starting a business selling healthy food in Thailand.They decided to start a healthy food business by making granola bars made with various kinds of grains and then offered their products to be sold in several malls, bakery shops and coffee shops. However, they were often rejected at the beginning as grain products were usually perceived to be a difficult sell. Also, the distributors were uncertain whether the product packaging would look attractive enough to the consumers. With these challenges, the founders started to feel discouraged as time went by. However, they gradually realized that every business needs to face some kinds of challenge at some point and they should not give up just because they were not successful after one year of operation.
