Cactus Global Incorporated is an offshore company registered in Belize with a shadow UK registered LLP. It was incorporated to serve as Umbrella company for a group of structures which function both independently and jointly as relevant parts of the Cactus Global brand. We have offices in the UK and Belize which are supported by a growing network of small affiliate global offices.Cactus Global is responsible for the control of the business of these structures ie. administration, marketing and Banking matters. The Cactus Group comprises: Bush-King Commodities ( Raw agriculture produces) Petroverseas Corporation ( Oil, Crude oil and Fossils...) Rock-ore ( Rare earth, minerals) Cactus Finance Cactus Logistics These are independent structures with differences in portfolio, finances and years of operation. Originally designed to identify sources of revenue by charting a funding path. They are brought together under the Cactus brand to benefit from the advantages of pooled resources. The Cactus Team is made up of a seasoned group of totally engaged "profit sharing" global merchants from divers backgrounds creating opportunities via comprehensive database of a network of contracted farmers, cooperatives, miners and upstream corporations to deliver goods and services at speed . The corporate body is structured around a workplace with total engagement from top management through the administrators, trade share partners, global consultants, field agents, producers, suppliers and buyers and contracted service providers.
