CARBOGLASS

ZAO CARBOGLASS is one of the first Russian manufacturers of multiwall (cellular) polycarbonate sheets. The installation and test run of the first line for the production of polycarbonate sheets was carried out in December 2006.The production of the first polycarbonate sheet under our own brand CARBOGLASS was launched in January 2007. Initially these sheets were produced on one extrusion line of OMIPA SpA (Italy). But already in February 2008 the second line was commissioned. In May 2010 a new factory for PC sheets manufacturing was set up in Krasnoyarsk. By the beginning of 2012 the production capacity amounted to 840 000 kg per month. In 2012 we also plan to launch a new line of unique facade panels and roofing systems.Multiwall polycarbonate sheets are made of high quality raw material (polycarbonate granules) with the extrusion method, which involves melting of the granules and pushing of the mass through a special form, which defines the final structure and design of the sheet. The unique design of the die and the adapter allows producing sheets with uniform thickness and even UV-protective layer. These production features result in high mechanical strength and long working life of the sheet.All polycarbonate sheets and profiles CARBOGLASS have a special UV protection layer applied by co-extrusion method. The UV - protection prevents destruction of polycarbonate sheets and profiles under the action of sunlight and contributes to a long service life.The skilled and experienced engineering staff and our laboratories equipped with modern equipment make it possible to produce polycarbonate sheets, profiles, panels and systems that meet the highest requirements of our customers. The quality management system of the company certified according to ISO 9001:2008.Our building material has a wide range of possible applications: in construction, advertising and design, agriculture etc.For many successfully sell our products on the territory of Russia and CIS countries (having a wide net of branch offices). And we are constantly extending our business to other regions and searching for importers or distributors of our products in other countries.
