Chamko Group Inc.- (the Company, registration number 20-5796685), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates (the Group), operates & develops Coal mines in Indonesia and trades coal through an export license held by PT Citra Putra Gemilang and co-operation agreement with PT Bahtiar Mastura (BMO). The Group is headquartered in USA, with offices in Indonesia and Singapore, supported by liaison office in Calcutta and Bangalore, India. The Company has a joint venture with PT Citra Putra Gemilang in Indonesia.PT Citra Putra Gemilang holds a coal export license and through various agreements operates and develops coal mines (see structure above).To supplement its coal mining business, the Company entered into a Co-operation Agreement with BMO to develop a coal trading business. The remaining production has been sold domestically.
